& Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "jllievo" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting website accessible at jllievo.net, including all associated subpages, services, games, and features made available therein.
• "Player", "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the jllievo platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on jllievo following successful completion of the registration process.
• "PHP Wallet" refers to the Philippine Peso-denominated balance held within a Player's jllievo Account for the purpose of placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures, encompassing identity verification, age verification, and document submission requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or combined deposit and bonus amount) before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing jllievo, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jllievo's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using jllievo and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

To register and maintain an Account on jllievo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under the PAGCOR regulatory framework governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on jllievo. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded or excluded from jllievo through any responsible gaming mechanism, unless that exclusion has been formally lifted by jllievo in accordance with its reinstatement procedures.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

jllievo reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jllievo strongly recommends that Players use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity.
• You must notify jllievo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting [email protected].
• jllievo implements OTP (one-time password) verification for logins from unrecognized devices. You must maintain access to the mobile number or email address registered to your Account for this purpose.
• jllievo will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jllievo requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

jllievo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section.

All financial transactions on jllievo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your PHP Wallet.
• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, and UnionBank. jllievo reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your PHP Wallet instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. A withdrawal request submitted before KYC completion will be held pending until verification is finalized.
• Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
• Source of Funds: jllievo reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited to your Account as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and may be subject to change. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal.

jllievo may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account as promotional credits and cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard Wagering Requirement for jllievo bonuses is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited from your Account without notice.
• jllievo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where reasonably practicable.
• A Player may only claim each bonus offer once, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on jllievo, across all game categories including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, and sabong:

• All wagers placed on jllievo are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except where a technical error has occurred on the part of jllievo.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during an active game round, jllievo's system logs shall serve as the definitive record of the game state at the time of interruption. jllievo will make reasonable efforts to resolve affected rounds fairly.
• jllievo operates under a random number generator (RNG) framework for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers via certified streaming infrastructure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Limits are displayed within each game or market prior to wager placement.
• For sports betting markets, jllievo reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time the bet was accepted, where it is determined that the odds offered were erroneous.
• jllievo game results are final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the relevant game round concluding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jllievo and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and all associated balances and winnings forfeited:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes in any game to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from exploited software errors are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering or the processing of illegally obtained funds.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in bad faith following wagering activity. jllievo reserves the right to pursue recovery of reversed amounts through legal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jllievo staff or other Players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

All content published on jllievo, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, databases, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of jllievo or its licensed content and game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from jllievo.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the jllievo brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of jllievo's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may be subject to civil or criminal legal action under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jllievo's total cumulative liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or any game or service offered therein shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jllievo shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof, including scheduled maintenance windows.
• Any loss or damage resulting from the actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications networks outside jllievo's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with account security obligations as described in Section 04 of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jllievo's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jllievo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm among its player base. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via the Account dashboard or to the support team at [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the time elapsed and net wagering position during the current session.

jllievo strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and will suspend any Account where there is reasonable belief that the Account holder is under the legal age. jllievo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jllievo following a formal request.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, chargebacks, or multi-accounting.
• Receipt of a legally binding order from a competent authority, court, or regulatory body directing jllievo to restrict the Account.
• A determination that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.

Upon Account closure for a material breach, jllievo reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to the Account holder via their verified payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jllievo's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] before pursuing any external remedy. jllievo will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines.

jllievo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at jllievo.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of jllievo following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and notify jllievo to close your Account prior to the amendment taking effect.
